How do weekly orders work?
Choose every week, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks. Your saved card is charged three days before each delivery. You can skip a week, pause or end it any time, and we ask you first if the price moves more than 10%.
How do I know it was delivered?
The rider takes a photo of your family member with the order and enters the 4-digit code they got from you. You see both in the app the moment it's delivered.
How do I pay from abroad?
By card through Paystack, a licensed payment provider. You see a guide price in pounds, dollars or euros and you're charged in cedis. People in Ghana can also pay with MoMo.
Where in Ghana do you deliver?
Accra (Central, East, West and North), Tema & Ashaiman, Kasoa, Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Koforidua and Tamale, with more areas as farms join. You only see farms that deliver to the person you're sending to.
Can I add chicken to the same order?
Yes. Add eggs and birds from the same farm to one basket, or send to several people in one checkout.
