How early should I order for Christmas?
Orders need at least 48 hours. Order early for the days around Christmas so the farm has time to prepare.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes. Add a note to each order; it goes to the farm with the delivery details.
How do I know it was delivered?
The rider takes a photo of your family member with the order and enters the 4-digit code they got from you. You see both in the app the moment it's delivered.
How do I pay from abroad?
By card through Paystack, a licensed payment provider. You see a guide price in pounds, dollars or euros and you're charged in cedis. People in Ghana can also pay with MoMo.
Where in Ghana do you deliver?
Accra (Central, East, West and North), Tema & Ashaiman, Kasoa, Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Koforidua and Tamale, with more areas as farms join. You only see farms that deliver to the person you're sending to.
