Order early
Every Akokor order needs at least 48 hours, and some farms need more notice for dressed birds. Ordering a week or two ahead gives the farm time to prepare and gives you the best choice of days.
Prices also move at Christmas: Greater Accra poultry farmers told GhanaWeb in October 2026 that they expect festive prices to rise by at least 15%.
Pick the exact day
Choose the day and slot your family will be home: Christmas Eve morning, Boxing Day afternoon. Each person you send to can have a different day in the same checkout.
Make it a gift
Add a gift note to each order; it goes to the farm with the delivery details. Then watch for the photo: the rider takes one with your relative and the order, and you see it in the app. Afehyia pa!
